Aduro Clean Technologies and producer responsibility organization Cleanfarms signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on recycling challenging agricultural plastics.

The Association of Plastic Recyclers and ECOCE, a Mexican organization focused on improving plastic packaging design and recyclability, announced a collaboration on harmonized design guidance.

Ayuda en Acción, Indorama Ventures and IMG Group joined forces to promote recycling as a driver of development in Mali.

Extended producer responsibility for packaging bills that previously passed their respective legislatures have been signed into law in Maryland and in Washington state.

NextLooPP Americas, an organization pushing for wider recycling of food-grade PP, set its inaugural meeting for June 5.

The U.K. Food Standards Agency issued new guidance cautioning businesses against using ocean-bound plastics in food packaging, following an assessment published by the Joint Expert Group for Food Contact Materials.
